DMH Planning is led by David Howells. David has worked in Planning since 2007 and has gained experience in the public sector working for a Local Planning Authority, and within the private sector working for a Planning Consultancy covering development opportunities around the country as well as with a major house builder focusing development within the Thames Valley region.
This experience enables David and his team to guide you through either a small extension right up to converting office blocks into flats or a comprehensive residential development opportunity.
In addition to this David has worked on a variety of commercial projects seeking extensions, shop front alterations, advert consent and change of use.
Over this time, David has built up a large network of contacts including, Architects and Specialist Consultants, who can help you plan and execute your project with the optimum efficiency.
